I had my six month check up last Monday! I lost a few pounds since September because I stopped drinking soda, my FVC was 73% :)

it had taken a big drop the month before from 78 to 65 andwas hoping it would have gone up more but at least it didnt drop anymore

Yeah, I had a scare last year during a cold. I could not take a deep breath and when I laid down, I started coughing and couldn't breathe. Once the cold was done, I was able to take a deep breath! Been fine since

I'm trying not to get too psyched up for dinner... My father is cooking a pork butt roast & it smells great, but he said he put soy sauce on it! ?!? I have no idea why he chose that particular ingredient... We'll see how it goes in a few.
